still alive

Hi folks,
Although life is still hard, I am evidently still alive, which is good.  From now on I will be staying at a treatment home in Värnamo during the weeks, and will come home to my Viking and Monsters on the weekends.  This is incredibly hard, especially because I am now falling more than ever.  On the 15th of May they're going to send me to Jönköping for a 24 hour EEG to see if I have a rare form of Epilepsy.  In the meanwhile the staff at the home want to put me in a wheelchair, as my body simply cant take falling 8 times a day for the next 17 days.  I hurt so. much but my pride is screaming at me not to accept the wheelchair.  I guess I'll just have to get over that because at this point it's just a matter of time until I break something.
But the staff at the home are very nice, as are the other patients, and I get my own room with a bathroom+shower.  I am allowed to have my computer there but I do not as of yet have mobile broadband so my little netbook wouldn't be all that helpful. But once we get that worked out I'll be blogging more often.

Unimpressed

This is my unimpressed face.  I'm still falling. Today I fell 6 times. SIX TIMES. This cant keep happoning. Everything hurts, everythings sore and blue.  And I am at the end of my rope of tolerance. Right now I want to take this stupid crutch, and smash it against the fucking wall.  But I wont, because we have nice wallpaper.

I hate being so out of control of my own body. It has to.stop and it has to stop now.

But atleast I didn't shave my head.  Again.

Pictures from Home

Like I said before we had an AMAZING trip to the US. First we stayed at my Moms for a few days, their home is BEAUTIFUL and the area is so great for them. Then it was off to Daddy's for nieces and nephew! Plus a fun Seder which included 4 GENERATIONS! I just think that it's so cool that we could all come together, and that my family was wonderful enough to make this trip possible!


I already miss them all so much, my clan is just full of really cool, funny, and genuinely kind people that I'm honored to know.

På väg hem

What a fantastic visit we have had with our family! Pictures will come later when I'm not sitting in Logan airport. I feel so blessed to have a family so accomidating to our needs and so full of unconditional love. I defonitiolt shed a tear when I had to say goodbye as it is very very bittersweet to be heading back to Sweeden. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Wheel—oh—rama!

Being wheeled around in a wheelchair by brittish people is odd. Though the wheelchairs are brilliant with a place under the seat for your carry on luggage. Now we're in the fancy smanchy lounge so I'm rocking my crutch and hoping not to fall a fifth time today.

So we're sitting in the airport in Gothenburg killing time till our flight to London, and I descovered something new! It tasts... Odd.  More updates to come
